Devils Track Nordic Ski Shop is located in the heart of the Midwest ski country. The Grand Marais - North Shore area has over 300km of groomed cross country ski trails, many miles of unplowed roads and acres of frozen lakes and streams for back country skiing. The 25 kilometer Pincushion Cross Country Ski Trails are located right out our back door only 100 meters from the ski shop!

Thanks for checking us out on the web. We intend to make this site dynamic and current regarding the latest information on Madshus Skis, Alpina Ski Boots, Rottefella Ski Bindings and STAR Ski Wax for use in cross country skiing.

The NIS or Nordic Integrated System which has a binding plate permanently bonded to the ski remains our top choise for touring and racing skis this year. Rottefella's R4 binding now slides on to a binding plate and clicks into place. It's completely adjustable; no more drilling to mount the bindings!

We have added Madshus ski poles for this season. Testing last winter had been very positive for the top-of-the-line Madshus CR100 HS ski racing poles and the training Madshus CR40 ski poles. We have added Peltonen classic skis to our lineup and will be featuring the Zenith Classic model next year too.

Next year we will be adding some Alpina Red Bird Backcountry skis and Yoko gloves from Alpina Sports Corp. to the line up from Devils Track Nordic Ski Shop. Also more items from Craft such as racing suits and warmups (pants & jackets). SWIX returns too with the Oslo lineup of touring clothing to commemerate the 2011 Oslo Nordic World Ski Championships!
